Whenever we hear God of cricket, all the people who like cricket will imagine the great Sachin Tendulkar. He is called the God of Cricket. Sachin Tendulkar represents India and has played for India for almost 24 years. In his 24 years of cricket, he has made and broken tremendous records, and those records were not easy to break.

Why Sachin Tendulkar is known as the God of Cricket, his statistics say it all. There was and is no one like Sachin Tendulkar, some of his records are given below:

1) He is the only batsman in the world who has scored 100 centuries in international cricket. He has scored 51 centuries in the Test and 49 centuries in the ODIs. No batsman today is close to breaking this record except Virat Kohli, it is predicted that he has the ability to break the record.

2) He has played the most international matches, a total of 664 international matches were played in his 24-year career.

3) Sachin was the first-ever Indian cricketer who has scored centuries against all the countries, and he is the third one to achieve this milestone in the world.

4) He has 76 Man of the Match Awards in his career which is the most number of awards taken by any other player.

5) Sachin Tendulkar was the first player in men's ODI cricket to score a double century in an inning. He achieved this milestone on 24th February 2010.

All these records are enough to declare that he is the God of Cricket and no one just can't compete with the great Sachin Tendulkar.
